Post-Treatment Care
To prevent lumps and enhance results, massage the treated area 5 times a day, 5 minutes each, for 5 days. Apply an ice pack for 10 minutes after the procedure to minimize bruising. Avoid saunas, alcohol, and intense exercise for 1 week. Bruising, itching, or redness may occur but will subside within a few days.
